To run, secure, support and improve Reecod. We do not quietly sell a business history.
Ask questions, exercise applicable rights and decide when a connected service receives information.
This notice applies to the Reecod website, product and related support or communication. It should be read together with any more specific notice shown when a feature or connected service is used.
We may collect account and contact details, shop profile information, device and usage information, and the business records you choose to enter into Reecod.
Business records may include sales, products, stock movement, expenses, suppliers, customers, unpaid balances, receipts and the people authorised to use the account.
We use information to provide the product, keep connected records accurate, secure accounts, support users, improve Reecod and communicate about the service.
We do not treat a shop’s business history as ours to sell. Any additional use should have a clear purpose, a lawful basis and the appropriate permission.
A partnership does not create automatic access to a shop’s records. When a business chooses a connected service, we aim to make the purpose, information involved and recipient clear before data moves.
We apply a minimum-necessary approach: a partner should receive only what is needed for the service the business requested and permitted.
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
Shop owners are responsible for giving staff appropriate access and for handling customer and supplier information lawfully inside their business.
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution and legitimate security or operational purposes.
No system can promise absolute security. Reecod uses organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect information and limit access to authorised purposes.
Reecod is designed for multiple markets. Information may be processed in a country different from the one where a user or shop operates. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
We may update this notice as the product, law or our operating practices change. The current version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
